Unconventional but Awesome Chicken Salad

6-8 Tyson Chicken Tenderloins (cooked, cooled and cut up) 
1 handful of chopped walnuts (toast these at 350 while you process the ingredients below)
1/3 cup of red seedless grapes, chopped

1) In the food processor, Dump all the below in and pulse until smooth.
Nearly a 1/2 cup of Hellman’s Light mayonnaise
Two heaping tablespoons or more Whole or Lowfat Plain Yogurt
1 1/2 capfuls of lime juice
Dash or two of salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 celery stalk cut up
2) Add chicken to the food processor and pulse to desired texture.
3) Put chicken salad in a bowl.
4) Add the chopped grapes and walnuts, add another dash of salt and pepper, and a dash of paprika,

Serve bread, crackers.  Or just eat it with a spoon.

I used a Ninja master prep to make this but think the food processor or your bare hands would work just as well.
